1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. mayo.
1 teas. lemon juice
1/2 teas. worch. sauce
1 can minced clams & part of juice
2-3 tbsp. onion juice
Combine and serve with chips.

Terri's Granola
Stir in very large bowl:
1 42-oz. container Old Fashion Quaker Oats
1 14-oz. pkg. flaked coconut
1/2 lb. each: almonds, pecans, walnuts
Heat in microwave for 1 minute and stir:
1c. olive oil
1c. honey
2/3 c. brown or white sugar
4 teas. vanilla
Pour over oat mixture and stir well.
Spray Pam on 2 large cookie sheets. Divide mixture onto sheets.
Place 2 racks in the middle of the oven. Bake both cookie sheets together at 250 degr. for 80 min. Alternate cookie sheets after 40 min. Take out of the oven and stir , let cool. Store in airtight container or ziplock bags.
Variation: decrease sugar by 4 teas. and vanilla by 2 teas. Add 2 c. raisins or 1/2 raisins and 1/2 dried cranberries. Cook as directed.

Pear/Peach Syrup
1 29 oz. or 2 small cans of pears or peaches
1/2 teas. cinn. sugar
In blender or with a hand blender puree fruit with all juices until smooth. Add cinn. sugar. heat in a pan and serve on pancakes, waffles, or french toast. Everyone in our family prefers this to maple syrup. (It is an excellent way to rotate your food storage!)

Honey Butter
1 cup real butter (softened)
3/4 cup honey
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
Whip together butter and honey. Then add marshmallow cream, whip thoroughly. Enjoy! Store in fridge.
