Grape-Chicken Salad


2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
1 cup slivered celery
1 tbsp. lemon juice
salt & pepper to taste
Toss together then add:
1/2 cup mayo
2 cups green grapes
Serve on lettuce leaves with sliced almonds as garnish or in croissants.

This is a great salad for a summer dinner. It is also a good side for pot luck.
