1 egg
2 tbsp vinegar
1/2 teas dry mustard
1 cup oil
Have all ingredients at room temp. Put egg, 1 tbsp vinegar, and mustard in blender. Cover and blend on low. While on low, slowly pour in 1/2 c. oil. Add 1 tbsp vinegar, when necessary, increase speed, slowly add remaining oil.
