Chocolate Delight Dessert

Crust:
1 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. nuts
Mix together and press into 9x13 pan. Bake 400 degrees 12-15 min
2nd layer:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
12 oz. cool whip
Cream sugar and cheese, add cool whip.
Spread evenly over over cooled crust.
3rd layer:
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
Prepare as directed and spread evenly over cream cheese filling
Top with 8 oz, cool whip
*opt. chopped nuts and shaved Hershey kisses
