Combine in bowl:
2 c. cooked and diced chicken
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. finely minced celery
1/3 c. frozen peas
salt and pepper to taste
Open and lay out 2 packages crescent rolls, divide mixture between all the rolls . Enclose mixture in each roll.
Roll each roll in melted butter and ritz cracker crumbs.
Bake 350 degrees 25 minutes or until golden brown
Gravy:
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can milk
1/2 c. sour cream
Heat until bubbly, serve over hot rolls
