Chiffon Waffles

2/3 c soft butter
4 eggs separated
3 c. sifted flour
4 teas. baking powder
2 teas. sugar
1 teas. salt
2 c. milk
In blender:
Combine butter, egg yokes, blend well
Add dry ingredients and milk, blend well
In separate bowl beat egg whites until stiff. fold in flour mixture.
Bake in waffle iron
Makes 5 waffles
