Crunchy Peanut Butter Cookies

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 large egg
1 teas. vanilla
1 c. flour
1/2 teas. baking powder
1/2 teas. soda
1/2 teas. salt
1 c. cornflakes with granola, slightly crunched
1 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. Chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped peanuts
Cream butters and sugar together. Beat in egg and vanilla. Stir in, by hand remaining ingredients.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
Bake 350-375 degrees 9-11 minuted or until done. Do not overbake.
